Principles of my clinical approach are:

A thorough initial assessment process that informs a biopsychosocial understanding of the patient and their problems.

A strong therapeutic alliance that  empowers the patient and promotes autonomy, resilience and psychological adaptability.

A personalised therapeutic plan that is evidence-based, respects the patient’s individual circumstances, needs and wishes and involves family whenever possible.
